As of April 1, 2025, it becomes mandatory for business entities in Poland to set up an e-delivery address. The new regulations are aimed at simplifying and speed up the circulation of documents between businesses and public administration bodies, as well as improve the efficiency and transparency of administrative processes.

On November 15, 2024, the President of the Republic of Poland signed the Law on the Participation of the Republic of Poland in the Entry/Exit System, which aims to implement EU regulations, in particular EP and Council Regulation (EU) 2017/2226 of November 30, 2017 establishing the Entry/Exit System (EES).
