  Marcin has long-standing experience advising Italian investors in Poland and Central Europe. He completed the Scuola di Diritto Italiano ed Europeo at the University of Warsaw and spent nearly two years in Italy under the Erasmus and Leonardo da Vinci Placement programmes.

   

  He also undertook professional legal training at Studio Legale e Tributario Abbatescianni in Milan and Rome, gaining practical expertise in Italian corporate, commercial and procedural matters (as confirmed in the internship certificates and evaluations).

   

  Marcin also worked on an international project in Zurich for a financial institution, where he supported cross-border due diligence conducted partly in the Italian language.

   

  Today he advises numerous Italian companies on market entry, corporate and commercial law, M&A, HR, tax and compliance, providing clear, business-focused support.

• Anna Baranowska
  attorney-at-law, Italian Desk 

  Anna is an attorney-at-law fluent in Italian, specialising in legal support for Italian-speaking businesses. At KBZ, she advises on corporate matters, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance and day-to-day communication with Italian companies. She provides comprehensive legal services to entrepreneurs, with a focus on company law, and civil law, supporting clients both in their ongoing operations and in investment and transaction processes.

   

  Her strong legal and linguistic background is rooted in international experience: she completed an Erasmus programme in Palermo, interned at a law firm in Rome, and graduated from the School of Italian Law run by the University of Warsaw and the University of Catania. This blend of education and practice deepens her understanding of Italian legal and business culture and enables smooth, efficient cooperation with clients from Italy. Anna prioritises the analysis of contracts and changes in the law in order to protect clients from potential risks.
