A major part of our business is to offer training services. We have been working as trainers since 1998, as academic lectures at universities and/or trainers for private training providers. Over the years, we have shared our knowledge at the Gliwice University of Technology (postgraduate diploma courses, 2004-2008), the University of Silesia (lectures for the Katowice Police School, 2006), the Higher Education School of Economics and Administration in Bytom (1998-2007), the Higher Education School of Computer Science and Management in Rzeszów (2000-2001) and the Facultas Iuridica Foundation at the Faculty of Law and Administration (University of Silesia, 2007). Since 2002. we have been working as trainers at the Katowice School for Managers (CKK Interdont Sp. z o.o.) and at the Katowice Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Our experts have participated and continue to participate in all the projects co-financed by the PHARE, the Sector Operational Programme for Increasing Economic Competitiveness, the Integrated Regional Development Operational Programme and the Sector Operational Programme for Human Resources Development, including projects such as the National Export Development nationwide project (2002-2004) (financed by PHARE), the PROTON nationwide project (2007-2009) as part of the Sector Operational Programme for Human Resources Development, and the Young People Versus the Labour Market of Silesia (2009-2010). Currently, they are involved in projects funded by the European Social Fund’s Human Capital Operational Programme (2007-2013, measure 8.1: Developing a workforce and enterprises in the region, sub-measure 8.1.1: Support to developing professional qualifications and counselling for enterprises).
We have also taken part, as experts, in panel discussions on enterprise as part of the 1st and 2nd editions of the European Congress of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Katowice.
