Education And Professional Experience
Kinga is a law graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice. Her master’s thesis was devoted to the legal characteristics of phishing, combining her interests in new technology law, cybersecurity and data protection.
She is currently completing her attorney-at-law training at the Regional Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Katowice. She passed the entrance examination for attorney-at-law training with the third-best result in Katowice.
She gained her professional experience at a law firm specialising primarily in civil and criminal proceedings. At KBZ Law Firm, she works in the employment law and personal data protection team, supporting clients in day-to-day legal advisory services as well as in preparing documentation, analyses and legal opinions. She also has experience in competition law, including as a co-author of a scientific publication in this field and as a trainer delivering training on the fundamentals of competition law.

She is a co-author of the publication Nowe zjawiska w prawie konkurencji [New Phenomena in Competition Law], edited by Rafał Blicharz, Katowice 2025.
Interests
Outside work, she is interested in Polish folklore, Greek culture and science-fiction literature.
