Qualifications and professional experience
Tax advisor entered in the professional register maintained by the National Chamber of Tax Advisors. Graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice.
On a daily basis, he advises the firm’s clients on tax law, both international capital groups and local and domestic entrepreneurs. He is responsible for comprehensive services and consulting in the area of transfer pricing, international taxes, and withholding tax (WHT). He has extensive experience in preparing transfer pricing documentation, comparative analyses, and settlement models based on international databases. He also assists in the development of transfer pricing policies, defense files, and tax reviews verifying the marketability of prices in transactions between related entities.
He advises on transaction structuring and selecting optimal forms of taxation for business activities and investments. He participates in due diligence, merger, and acquisition projects, supporting clients in analyzing tax risks and developing effective settlement structures.
He supports taxpayers in tax audits and court and administrative proceedings, as well as in the process of securing assets and transactions for tax purposes, including through the use of family foundations. He advises on the establishment of foundations and the implementation of solutions for the protection of private and corporate assets, as well as succession planning within family foundations
He has practical experience in conducting tax training courses.
He has experience gained through cooperation with entities from the consulting industry, as well as working for international manufacturing companies in the automotive industry.
